Senior Level Sales Executive
Want to work for a growing tech company with unlimited potential? This is a senior level Sales Executive role, which also entails customer, partner, and corporate sales responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the sales role is to enable, drive, and elevate our company’s position and penetration in the marketplace.
The Senior Sales Executive will be internally and externally focused on the company’s functional operations in support of customer sales and market requirements. This person will be responsible for driving the implementation of strategic initiatives to accelerate growth in sales.
The essential duties of a Senior-Level Sales Executive will be to:
Coordinate sales and business initiatives, and integrate sales processes across the company in the allocated territory
Spearhead the development, communication, and implementation of effective sales growth strategies and processes for NatPay’s business
Serve as the thought leader for NatPay sales regarding product requirements, selling trends, competitive landscape, marketing programs, and communications
Facilitate feedback to different areas of NatPay’s business regarding client needs, operational needs, business opportunities, and marketing/sales programs
Drive the NatPay business to achieve and surpass sales and business goals and objectives
Provide executive level representation at high-stakes meetings with prospects, clients, and technology/channel partners
Work closely with Product & Services Marketing: channel feedback on product features and functions, trends, program needs, customer outreach programs, and events
Recommend creative selling techniques based on market and product knowledge
Assist in developing brand identity and recognition
Provide accurate and timely forecasts using the appropriate sales tools and processes while maintaining all relevant information about customers, prospects, campaigns, and leads
Work with all NatPay departments to ensure business is transacted accurately, ethically, and within pricing guidelines
Work with customers to ensure timely invoice payments
Minimum 10 years Sales Executive or Management experience
Experience with Sales FORCE CRM and MS OFFICE
Familiar with business strategies, as well as their associated metrics
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee a number of projects concurrently across multiple departments
Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels
Excellent leadership and consensus-building skills
Professional appearance that provides a positive company image to the public
Valid state drivers license
Flexible schedule and ability to travel overnight occasionally for trade shows or client meetings
Compensation : Salary between 55K – 75K + commissions + HSA benefits plan + 401k
Any employment offer is contingent on passing a thorough criminal, education, and work history background check. You must be able to prove past income levels of 75k to 100k per year via W-2 statements only. In addition, you must be able to prove past base salary wages of 40k plus per year.
